Myglyindex Ponnagani Soup Powder Ingredients are Green Chilli Powder, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Turmeric powder, Tomato powder, Ginger powder, Coriander Leaves Powder, Ponnangani (Alternanthera sessilis) Leaves Powder.
Add salt to the taste and as per your daily allowance. It does not contain any milk, wheat or genetic modified seeds, no MSO, or no added preservatives, or any fats added, no gluten. It is a very light soup preparation for serving size of 200ml. Use seasoning like coconut powder, coriander, cinnamon and lemon if you need added flavors. Bring it to boil for four to five minutes and simmer and switch of the heat. Use of chili, curry leaves, Cumin seed and mustard seed fried in oil (thadka)
The ready made soup have reduced preparation time and have a smooth liquid consistency. Soup preparation do not have a heavy saggy waste. Alternanthera sessilis leaves are used for drying.
Commercial soup preparation has many types of added starch and milk derivatives from various sources. All Myglyindex product do not have any forms of starch added to final product. Natural occurring starch in the vegetables and seed, leaves powders listed in the soup powder ingredients are the only source. Dried Alternanthera sessilis leaves gives a mild earthy flavor and dark green color to the final soup.
