With the above motto, Holy Cow wants to reintroduce the products that have been in our culture over the ages written in our scriptures & now scientifically tested, made out of cow dung & cow urine. Holy Cow Lakshyam, a social enterprise has formulated products with ingredients that are taken from organic backgrounds and have medicinal and eco-friendly traits, benefitting us & the community as a whole.
Their range of products starts from health & wellness to home utility & gardening, comprising a total of 12 products which includes Chavanprash, Herbal Tea, Gur (Jaggery), Khand (refined sugar), Health Tonic, Dhoop Sticks (agarbatti), Phenyl, Hawan Samagri, Khaad (manure), Cow Dung Pots, Cow Dung Cake (uplee) & Cow Dung Diya.
All the products are made in a cow shelter home in the town of Barsana (Uttar Pradesh) which currently has 56000 rescued cows from the streets (left once they stop giving milk or are male counterparts). The dung & urine of these abandoned cows is used by local village women to make the final product under the research lab in the gaushala.
The entire essence of our establishment has been there to formulate an entrepreneurship model that tackles social problems head-on with no hesitation of encountering backlash or criticism. Handmade with love, filled with kindness & presented in packaging that is beneficial for us and the environment, our endeavor is to ensure-
