Add salt to the taste and as per your daily allowance. It does not contain any milk, wheat or genetically modified seeds, no MSO, or no added preservatives, or any fats added, no gluten. It is a very light soup preparation for a serving size of 200ml. Use seasoning like coconut powder, coriander, cinnamon, and lemon if you need added flavors.
